Group Fitness

At PBY we strive to dispel the myth that fitness causes injuries. We are dedicated to ensuring this does not happen to our members. We incorporate injury prevention into all of our group training sessions. All of our fitness programming is done in-house and is catered towards our specific demographic and is accessible to for athletes from beginners to elite. We focus on body positioning, mid-line and postural strength and only giving people exercises suited for their current fitness level. 

Functional Fitness is an approach to training that aims to increase strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality, and help you gain comfort and confidence in a variety of positions, without sacrificing aesthetics. It is a high-energy workout designed for fat loss, muscle tone and full body strength and conditioning. One of Functional Fitness's major attractions is that it is a continuously varied program, you will see the same the movements, but never in the same rep range, intensity or style.

We do not offer drop-ins for our sessions. If you are interested in becoming a member at Power By You, we require a 6 month to year commitment.
